Constantly crashing and flashing

I was saving my game slot (as usual) but when I got on later it decided to flash and crash. I have tried removing saves folder.. also removing the mods folder to see if that was the issue… no it wasn’t the issue at all. It’s still doing the same thing. I need the help asap sims is my therapy 🥹

    It is still struggling to even play. I believe that it's definitely something going wrong on EA's end and not mine. It says it when it fails to launch.

    JuicyPeachx3​  What does it say when it fails to launch?  If you're getting an error message now, please post a screenshot.

    And to be clear, you did try DirectX 9 mode?
