Josipa_102 Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether Cottage Living is deactivated there. If it is, you can enable it with the Pack Selection button.
The Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts needs to exist if the game is opening at all. The EA Games folder is NOT in Documents, rather in Program Files by default.
