xImmortalMindsx Thanks for the dxdiag and other info. Your dxdiag lists a number of crashes of a component of McAfee, so it's a good idea to uninstall the software. Whether you reinstall it is up to you, but I would test Sims 4 once without it running. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time (don't even open a browser window), your computer should be safe. Please use the consumer product removal tool McAfee offers here:

Repair Sims 4, again, after you uninstall McAfee and before trying to play.
Your dxdiag crashed twice while running and is therefore missing a lot of information. While this could be a fluke, it could also indicate a system issue. So if removing McAfee doesn't help, please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Click Windows key-X and select "Powershell (Administrator)" or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" , whichever you see
- In the window that appears, copy and paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" without quotes, and enter
- The system will take a little while to validate; if it throws an error, please list it
- Otherwise, copy and paste "sfc /scannow" without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive
Restart your computer, open Windows Settings > Update & Security, click the box to check for updates, and if any install, restart again afterwards.
If this doesn't help either, please provide a new dxdiag. Hopefully this one will run to completion and contain all the relevant info.
