hwii111 The EA App may be the issue here if it's not loading properly. So please uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), download a fresh copy of the installer, and run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." It's fine if the installer says the App is already present and would you like to repair it.
If that doesn't help the App work, do you use a VPN? It might be interfering with the connection. Try not using it, if possible. You can also try putting the App in offline mode. That would cut off your access to the Gallery, but Sims 4 should otherwise work the same, and hopefully not crash if the cause of the crash is the EA App not working correctly.
I'd like to see a dxdiag as well. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
