Crashing problem -- tried clean booting & reliability monitor

hyojinchu  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows your graphics driver is crashing repeatedly.  The driver is from 2021, so you can probably just update it to fix the problem.  Go here:

Select GeForce, RTX 30 series, RTX 3060, Windows 11, and download the Game Ready Driver.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart afterwards and before trying to play.

If this doesn't help, please try disabling XMP and CPU Turbo Boost, both in BIOS.  The latter may be hidden deep within advanced settings; the former should be easy to spot.  Some players with high-end Intel processors like yours have needed to disable one or both settings to get Sims 4 to stop crashing.

Some of them have also reported that a BIOS update fixed the problem, so you can look for one that mentions stability improvements.  Not all motherboard BIOS have been updated yet though, so don't be surprised if you don't find one.  You can of course update the BIOS anyway and hope for the best; I'm just saying it's not a guaranteed fix.
