I just bought the Grunge Revival and Book Nook kits. I got the Book kit just fine, put a new bookshelf in my sim's house. But the Grunge kit doesn't exist. As the title says, the game says I own it but the app says I don't, and either way, I can't download it into my game. What's going on?

I've got the same issue, redeeemed EA digital codes für Book Nook and Grange revival. Grange Revival is shown as owned an accessible in game. Book Nook is different: in game it shows that I own the game and need to download it. Unfortunately the option to download it is not available only to purchase it.
Edit: Just did an Error report as EA_Cade requested to get the Report ID and suddenly the Book Nook Kit is available for download. 🙂 Don't know whom to thank for the solution. 🙂
