I'm having this issue too. Only it's not with kits but with the ParentHood pack. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who can't get their content to show up at least. I got in contact with support about it and was told it was nothing wrong on my end, and that they're working on a fix. I've tried everything other than just resetting my computer to factory settings, so I guess I'll wait for the fix or for it to resolve itself.

Update: Just wanted to leave an update, but it did eventually work after I logged back in and then out again. If you're reading this and having the same problem, leave it for a few hours and then log out of your account and then log back in. It might fix it for you. Unfortunately, I've gotten stuck with another bug while downloading, so it seems like I won't be able to play just yet
