Hello,

My EA App won't install the newest kits--Grunge and Book Nook. Steps I've taken:

  • Cleared EA App cache multiple times
  • Repaired game
  • Restarted/refreshed app
  • Reinstalled App
  • Restarted PC a few times

The game loads up and says it's owned to "download to use" yet the EA App refuses to mark both as purchased. Please help!
