I just bought the 2 new kits on my origin Mac account.
it seems to have completely destroyed my game which is amazing!! love that the $900+ I've spent on games cant be utilised. It's amazing.
I have been trying to completely download all of my DLC for the past 3 DAYS!!! Still cannot play my game. I've tried uninstalling origin 3x, restarting/shutting down computer few times now, searched some tips on youtube that haven't fixed it, completely refreshed my sims 4 save on my computer maybe 2 times now. I honestly don't know what else I could do at this point other than getting a refund maybe?? Since i cant use like $200 worth of DLC ☹️
EDIT: Wanted to update that I now cannot access even more of my DLC. This is so infuriating when I have wasted so much $$$ ☹️((

Grunge Revival kit shows as owned but will not download
Thought I would update that I got mine cleared up and it was an easy fix that I feel stupid for not realizing. I had taken out my entire mod folder but forgotten that I had the Tray Importer installed (a mod to see if you have bad cc). So I uninstalled that and it immediately showed up as purchased and downloadable.

I'm having this issue too. Only it's not with kits but with the ParentHood pack. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who can't get their content to show up at least. I got in contact with support about it and was told it was nothing wrong on my end, and that they're working on a fix. I've tried everything other than just resetting my computer to factory settings, so I guess I'll wait for the fix or for it to resolve itself.
I did the error report and my report id is d55be46f-f510-4602-a8f8-81a7173ff611. Hope it helps with fixing the issueUpdate: Just wanted to leave an update, but it did eventually work after I logged back in and then out again. If you're reading this and having the same problem, leave it for a few hours and then log out of your account and then log back in. It might fix it for you. Unfortunately, I've gotten stuck with another bug while downloading, so it seems like I won't be able to play just yet

Hello,
My EA App won't install the newest kits--Grunge and Book Nook. Steps I've taken:
- Cleared EA App cache multiple times
- Repaired game
- Restarted/refreshed app
- Reinstalled App
- Restarted PC a few times
The game loads up and says it's owned to "download to use" yet the EA App refuses to mark both as purchased. Please help!
