Fix the EA app or allow me to sign in to origin to do the fix myself!!

I tried origin it won't accept my password even though I'm typing ti right!!

I cannot download the new packs I bought from the EA store app. There is no option to do so. I have tried searching these databases, I've CLEARED MY CACHE, I've repaired the game, the only thing I can do is REBUY the packs in the app. If I go into the game, it tells me to DOWNLOAD the packs from the app. I cannot. The only answer I've seen is to do it in Origin. Well, thanks to the EA app, I can no longer USE origin. So How do I get my packs?
I purchased the grunge kit and the book kit for sims 4. The Book kit downloaded but the Grunge kit is saying to purchase it. The purchase is complete I checked and it went through my paypal account too. Two charges of 5.34. I already clear cache, restarted app and computer. Signed out and back in and still the same. please help
I have the same issue,
Grunge revival is permanently not showing up in my game, even if it says I own it.
Sometimes Booknook and Greenhouse kits are also missing, but not all the time.
They are NEVER shown together, always only one of them showing up (booknook and greenhouse)

The sims 4 needs to be installed but as you can see it's showing as not owned!!
EA was paid for the book nook kit and I am showing as not owned I attached proof of purchase and proof of the kit showing as needing to be purchased again.
It will take hours to install the sims 4 I'm not waiting untill it's installed to post this. Really unhappy with this and as a paying customer it is well within my right to be upset about this because it keeps happening. This is the third time it has happened, first with growing together, next the garden kit, now the book nook kit. The EA app is not working when this happens 3 times, give us back origin!!
It still has 4 hours of download to go but it's now showing as in my library.
I had the exact same issue with Book Nook. Contacted EA support, did the error reporting via the app, and the only response I received was a survey asking if I was happy with their help. Um... lol I got impatient and found the solution using google search. It was complex and took time, and although I'm glad I can finally access my purchase, it's ridiculous that I had to go to such lengths to do so!
I ordered the sims 4 grunge revival kit and have yet to receive it I ordered it in the EA app.

I purchased book nook kit as well and it disappeared from my game library after I entered the code. I can't download it....it just wants me to repurchase it.
Did you try clearing the cache in the app? I had the issue with that kit, no others and I've purchased quite a few before and I cleared my cache and restarted the app and then I was able to download it. Hope it works for you! 🤞
