[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

Exactly what the title says. The update from February has made it to where I cannot even enable my MODs. I have done everything from repairing the game, to uninstalling it all and reinstalling it. I have taken out the MODs and i have even cleared my CASHE. Is anyone else having this issue? Also every time that I re-enable the MODs and exit and come back to the game, its disabled again. 

Please help! Also my game and all MODs are 100% up to date and I keep them that way.
