Hello. So I took a small break from Sims 4, and after not playing for a short period of time, I decided to come back, and found that none of my mods are working in game.
They're in the correct place (users/documents/sims4), and my game is reading the correct place, but for whatever reason when I check my game, it says the "enable mods/cc" box is unchecked. I check it, exit it the game, and it unchecks itself. I check it, play the game for a bit and leave, and it still unchecks itself when I restart back. I play the game on steam, and EA player, maybe it's an issue for either of those?
My game version is also fully up to date so I truly have no idea as to what is causing this issue, which is a shame because I have quite a lot of mods that enrich my game experience that I don't want to lose.
Try updating them! Usually whenever theres a base game update, mods need to be updated as well
i doubt it's the mods though, they all seem fine, i just don't understand why i can't enable them
