okiiedokiie Are you seeing the same issue as before? If so, please remove the Mods folder, start the game, and enable mods without adding anything to the new Mods folder yet. Let me know whether the option stays enabled.
DeathHallows977 This is not a bug, and certainly not something EA needs to resolve. It's a system issue: something is preventing the game from writing to Options.ini or reverting the change. And sure, this master thread, into which I've now merged your posts, was originally created several years ago, but it has been kept up to date ever since. There's just no need for a new thread for an issue that has been around this whole time, with mostly the same causes.
