[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

I can't activate my mods after this new update 250527. Every time I try to allow mods and restart the game I still get the message my mods are deleted and when going in to settings it is deactivated again???

Former solutions like uppdating the gameversion number in document folder or  delating the options. ini does not help at all. What can I do to be able to enable my mods again?
