K-SlashHer​  Try disabling Norton entirely and repairing the game (again, if you have already).  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable Norton after you've tested.  This is the only way to definitively rule out Norton as a source of error.

If this doesn't help, please list the specific symptom(s) you're seeing.  This thread is a catch-all for effects of an antivirus blocking Sims 4's ability to write to Documents, but some effects can have multiple causes or look like other problems.
