[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

I tried to start a new game to see if I could just pop in my old gallery houses and everything is showing with a red X for mine and other's items. Whatever broke this time broke everything for real.
