[CURRENT ISSUE] In-game computer lags/freezes time/crashes game

Currently there are two known issues with sims using in-game computers.

Hovering over or clicking one one can cause the time to freeze, and clicking elsewhere in-game does nothing:

When clicking on an in-game computer, there is significant lag before the menu appears:

I've merged your posts into this thread covering current issues with the in-game computer. Please click Me Too and post in one of these two bug reports, depending on which issue you're seeing.

Has anyone noticed a lag in time when clicking laptops/computers? After the patch anytime I click on a laptop time stops moving (not on pause) and sims can't move or do interactions for me.

Same here. I have been having so many issues with the game.
Gallery not sorting information appropriately or lots and content missing. I would favorite items and then they would show up.
Sims can't interact with the computer and when I try it freezes the game and does not allow any action until I save the game.
I have tried a whole host of things.
Making test saves, clear my cache, re uploading origin, repairing my game. I have no CC or mods installed so I am not sure what is going on.
Any help would be great!!

I've been having the same issue, no CC, no mods - using a PC that is less than 1 year old. Eventually, after trying to access the computer my entire game just crashed, which has never happened before.
On top of the computer glitch, I've been having many of the same issues other users are experiencing such as time freezing, and the inability to send your sims to work. I wish I didn't buy Ecoliving, had no problems until I installed this :/
