Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.69.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Realm of Magic, Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim, or sometimes by selecting previously-made sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? The skin of the sim is red and white, covered in black question marks, seemingly as an unedited base. Selecting different skin tones from the ones available does nothing to alter the pattern on the skin.
What do you expect to see? A skin tone that replicates one from the selection of skin colours in the 'Bodies' section.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@mekaline Please move your entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Clear Origin's cache, and repair again.

Restart your computer, and launch the game, which will create a new Sims 4 folder. Don't add anything yet; just start a new save and have a look at the previously missing textures. If they're all there, you can start adding your content to the new Sims 4 folder in batches, testing each time to see whether the issue returns. If it does, you'll know that the problem is one of the files in the last batch you moved, and you can split it and retest until you've found out which one.
