Hello my sims 4 characters are all coming up red and white. I got rid of all my cc and tested out a new game to see if that was the issue and even making characters ina brand new game were red and white with question marks and I do not have any cc in the new game I made.
@sammcg1321 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
I am having the same problem. I tried moving the Sims 4 folder from the documents folder to the desktop and trying running the game that way but I still have the same problem. Tried disabling custom content and mods in the game settings (even though I don't have any custom content or mods to begin with) and that still didn't do anything. I even contacted EA Help and did what they asked by deleting folders from the Origin folder but that didn't work either!!!
I tried again to repair the game through origin and it worked. It finally decided to update beyond the base game and started updating my expansion pack (seasons)
