What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The sims city living and cats and dogs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug was found by ea support who suggested I post on here as well. They had no advice on how to fix this
What happens when the bug occurs? I load my game and some sims are white and red with question marks all over the. Some objects in the lots are green and purple question marks. I am unable to edit my sims in anyway.
What do you expect to see? My sims should have the skins and features, and clothes I have given them. The objects in my lot should not have these textures. I should be able to edit my sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Please help fix this bug!
I seem to haver made some progress by repairing the game on origins. That or EA have fixed it
