What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? movie, diner, the guitar and the free holiday pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? while creating a sim, any skin i pick/ is picked is just a bunch of glitched out colors and question marks
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant have a normal skin
What do you expect to see? normal skins
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
i really dont know why this is happening, i restarted it a hundred times ☹️
