What is your current game version number? Not sure
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions, for game packs I have all except vampires and for stuff packs I have all but spooky stuff and my first pet.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go onto perfect patio stuff and try and use the clothes or the items.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims go red and covered in question marks and as for the items, when I attempt to place it, it will not let me and when I download them I get kicked off
What do you expect to see? A working pack
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
All of my other packs seem to be working, only just perfect patio is broken.
