What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, city living, camping, magic, university, laundry stuff and more..
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug is about my create a sim. at this part while I try to create a new game or edit a sim it does not work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Doesn't let me start a new game or edit a sim at all. it doesn't even show me the sim itself.
What do you expect to see? The normal create a sim. I have enough space on my computer so this has nothing to do with my computer it is a bug in the game. I just want to play normally. edit my sims and start a new game and it does not work at all AND IT IS NOT OK.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My name is Embar, ive been playing this game (sims 4 and also sims 3 back in the days) for years and it cost me a lot of money and I feel really frustrated about it.
This really un fair that I cant play a game normally and create my sims. Again I spend so much money on this game. please help me fix this problem or ill have to take some forensic actions.
