I have recently bought the nifty knitting stuff pack in the Sims 4. I have tried to get the yarn baskets in game, but they will not appear in the game and on the place, you get them they are big red X's. No matter which one I try to look at or place in game nothing appears. The only things that do not show up as big X's are the Madame Crumplebottom's Embroidery Collection and the decorative yarn ball. The color swatches will only work on the decorative yarn ball though. I just want to know why these things won't work. I asked my sister that has been playing the sims forever and she has never seen or heard of this before. She told me to contact support for more help. So here I am trying to find answers.
I just tried. It was repairing since about 12:30 last night and nothing has happened and is still repairing. Is it supposed to take that long?
@1Bellser Try clearing your app cache and redoing that.
