I have the holiday free stuff pack. I  used it for a while no issue and now I can see it in the gallery but it won't let me click it or if its a clothing item is makes the whole sim red and white with a question mark. I  think it said something about losing the path but I am not sure how to reset just the pack or re download since it just shows I own it and nothing else.
