I recently installed a bunch of new CC in my game, only to discover that some of the new items showed a massive "Broken CC" mark on my sims when selected. I tried to go through it to figure out what was broken, but eventually I got burned out and disabled my CC and Mods. It seems, however, that the CC was NOT the problem, as when I tried to select the tattoo tab in a vanilla save, the same "Broken CC" mark appeared. I even went and removed my entire mod folder, but it's still showing up. The attached image is from my game after disabling mods and cc AND removing my entire mods folder. What's going on?
Okay, so I ended up repairing the game, and it completely solved the problem. I probably should have tried that before asking, but I guess now I know what to do if I have that problem again!
