[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 already running

I have tried everything with three different supports.

Nothing is helping. I have disabled every program. 

And it still says, when I try to play the game

"The Sims 4 is already running. Go ahead and start playing. Its a good one" 

I havn't played since 2021 where it was the Origin app. 

Then i downloaded the EA app .. And I cannot play the game.

Im soooo saaaad!

Can anyone help me? Please
