My game hasn't been working for maybe about a week. I have tried the basic stuff, like redownloading the Sims game and the EA app. I've cleared the cache, put the sims 4 folder on my desktop. I took out the mods, saves and tray folders. Nothing works. So it has to be something i haven't tried/found yet. I did put an ssd in my pc for extra space and then maybe the locations got messed up? I also updated my game driver and checked the antivirus. I have to be honest, i'm not extremely tech-savy, so i could use some help. I put the dxdiag as well, so hopefully someone can help me out.
Daedreamer2001 Simply adding another drive shouldn't have any effect. Did you only do that, or did you swap drives? Did you move any Sims 4 data? Did you happen to reinstall Windows?
The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are access violations, too generic to be useful by themselves, and I don't see any obvious computer issues that would explain why the game doesn't work.

Thank you for your reply! I'm not entirely sure what you mean with swap drives, but i think it could be a possibility. I did move Sims 4 data. Someone else helped me to install the ssd and move the data, so there could be something wrong there. I just can't figure out what. I didn't reinstall Windows as far as i know.
I think i moved the Electronic Arts map. I have reinstalled the EA App and The Sims for a couple of times already, so i'm out of ideas.
