Hi puzzlezaddict, the 1st command finished till 100%. And the 2nd command had this message: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." I then did restart, then Windows Update scan then restart again because there was 1 available download. Opened the game via Steam but it didn't make it to the game screen before it closed and got the generic error message on the EA app again. Here's the dxdiag. Thanks.
Edit: When I turned off my laptop, it showed this error message as well.
