lompocbrooks MalaAnaa Janaiapowell13 Dale9127 I've merged your posts into the master thread for this issue. Please try the (other) suggestions in the first post.
Srvaw This is an EA App error, so I don't know how you'd be seeing it on your console. At any rate, please post in the console tech forum for help.
YuraineW For the breakpoint error, please uninstall and reinstall the EA App. You can do it the normal way first, but if that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Choose the Advanced scanning method when prompted, and restart your computer before reinstalling the App. Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."
If that doesn't help, please let me know whether the game runs in DirectX 11 mode rather than the DX9 mode you've currently selected. If you've chosen it within Steam, remove the command; if you've chosen it within the game, delete Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
I'd also like to know whether the game is installed on your internal or external drive.
hannah4229 The errors in your dxdiag are all over the place: different kinds of BlueScreens, different kinds of Sims 4 crashes, issues with the graphics driver. Since the latter is the most specific, please start with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
Rather than using the newest driver, download version 577.00 (the Game Ready Driver) from here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
If that doesn't help, let me know whether the BSODs happen while you're trying to play Sims 4. They're definitely there, but you might not notice them if they happen as you're shutting down the computer.
pplvtotargary3n Glad to hear it helped. I wouldn't know why OneDrive is still active without knowing what settings you changed, but you can review this guide for general help with OneDrive:

Sorry didn't answer your second question. I'm not sure what you mean by BSOD? I'm not getting a blue screen of death, it's just the sims that is crashing. I'm not even getting this error anymore, it's just flat crashing.

Hello, I did as you suggested. It took me several times tho so here's the summary: I uninstalled EA App the normal way, didn't help. Used Revo Uninstaller next. Had to End Task the EA app in Task Manager first because it would just say that the app is still installed and just needs repair. During the Advance Scan of Revo, the EA App popped up for Uninstallation. I had to click Uninstall button from there too during the scan and cleanup because if not it's still considered installed for some reason. On Steam, I removed the Launch command for the dx9 thingy (I forgot what command i put there it was from another post), and just deleted the whole The Sims 4 folder under Documents > Electronic Arts. After restart and install of EA App using "Run as Administrator", ran the game again via Steam. The game launched but it only lasted until the The Sims4 logo, it didn't reach the loading screen before closing. The first few tries of this, it didn't show the default error message in EA App but after a while it came back again.
The game is in internal drive. The EA App is in the C: drive. The The Sims4 when i downloaded from Steam is in D: drive.
Edit: As soon as I posted this, I turned off my laptop and it showed the Breakpoint error again.

Is the game campaign from EA app or steam?

Hi Kushina9999 , I dont know what game campaign means but I play the game via Steam. The EA App is just there since it's required to launch the game.
