On the ea app I press play to sims4 and it says launch game as if it is launching the game then it comes with a message saying ERROR ON OUR END CAUSED THE LAUNCH TO FAIL try again a little later tried repairing sims4, clearing the cache trued putting sims as administrator it doesn't work and i have cc for sims4 PLEASE HELP
