Xbox user here every time I launch my game from the console it doesn't even load to the game home screen where you select what save you want to play extra it just loads to this point and doesn't go any further yes it's updated I've even tried deleting my local saves file to no avail it works on cloud gaming but not my console but with Xbox not updating the servers premium subscription is not able to play on cloud gaming like it says you can I don't want to abandon my sims on my Xbox but if this doesn't get fixed I might have to because there is no way for me play at all
