it says
" Failed to launch game
An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. "
its been an issue for 2 days. reinstalled, restarted my pc SO many times, tried the steam version, nope, didnt work.
ONTOP OF THAT my steam is linked to a dif EA account and i DONT have the email associated, secondary email is NOT working, and its not letting me login to my new EA account, cant even change the name without NEEDING my old email
very frustrated, i just want to torture a sim, doesnt help the downloading time is 2ish hours and crashes itself a bunch
my computer meets the requirements for the game, its windows 10
so frustrated, ive tried everything ive seen online and it doesnt work + doesnt even match my issue, i dont get in the game, it crashes whilst launching, its before the " preparing game " thing on EA, but on steam i got the "preparing game" and then immediately did the same thing
im not good at explaining, but please help me be able to drown people again

Hey Sebb_iskool, your post has been moved into the current thread on this topic. Please try the suggestions in the first post as crinrict suggested.
Given the other issues you've mentioned with the accounts and emails involved here, it would also be good to just reach out to support directly so they can help with that old email.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
