Hey, i was wondering if anyone else is having this problem is it just me. The game wont launch and a pop up pops up and says "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" is there any way i can fix this?

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.same problem unfortunately, I just installed it on a new computer and it can't launch
yeah same. I downloaded this game for my cousin and not once has it worked
yeah, no idea why, I did everything correctly and thought transferring to EA app finally on the new computer would fix things but nope, I don't even have a game folder in the documents because the game hasn't launched even once for long enough for the system to create a folder. people's answers everywhere are to remove the folder and let it create a new one but I DON'T HAVE A FOLDER YET. the game just doesn't open, the pop-up about failure appears immediately after clicking play. I've been trying everything to fix it over the past 2 days and nothing's working
Sims 4 wont open ive tried EVERYTHING I can find online to fix it and it doesnt work. After I click on Sims4 in the EA App, the game doesnt launch and an error message comes up "Failed to launch game - An error on ourend caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've been trying for 2 MONTHS!!!! No mods on PC.
