Hi! I keep getting "an error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." and i´ve tried to clear cache, restart my PC, reinstall the game, reinstall the app and nothing seem to work. Does nayone have a similar experience?

Lathatsme103 nevaehjb Please try the suggestions in the first post of this master thread:
[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game | EA Forums - 12561664
If none of those helps, please provide a dxdiag in this thread here.

Hello! Thank you! Removing the mods folder made it start, but now it crashes after just beeing open for 5-10 seconds. Any tips on how to fix this? 😊

Lathatsme103 That's progress, at least. Please now try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I'm having the same problem. This is my DXDIAG output. Even after deleting the MODS folder and the SAVE file, the game still won't launch. Thanks.

mini19870902 Did you try all the suggestions in the first post of the master thread I linked earlier, including the clean boot? If not, please go through the list now. The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are too generic to be of any use on their own, unfortunately, and your dxdiag doesn't list any other problems that would explain why the game isn't working.
Lathatsme103 Let me know what you find.
