Jennayy25 Delete any file with dxdiag in the name that's on your desktop. Run the dxdiag again, as in your screenshot, and then click the "save all information" button at the bottom of the pop-up. Save the dxdiag to your desktop and call it dxdiag-new so you know it's the right one. Upload it to a reply here.
