So as it stands not a single solution has worked. Removing mods doesn't work. Nor does forcing the game to make new files. I repaired, Reinstalled, checked every driver i could, had 2 people come look at my laptop itself and run multiple reinstalls of drivers and whatnot and even went as far as to reinstall windows from scratch.
ive gotten a last exception file last night but the file reader cannot tell me the issue, im at a loss.
