legit just downloaded the sims 4 a couple weeks ago cause some friends of mine said i might love it and i thought i might as well check it out. I downloaded it and played it for a while then went on and got some mods. After playing a couple more times with mods i got the error saying "Error: There is a problem with your game's setup, please reinstall your game".
Really don't wanna do that cause it took me like a day or two to download it in the first place and i've seen other people on here saying that reinstalling it didn't even work. Already tried forcing the digital 9x thingy and i cant download any drivers since i dont have the graphic compatibilities? let a dude know if this means that i just cant use the game anymore or what

puzzlezaddict I've been having the same problem as well with the Sims 4. I've used Revo Unistaller, restarted and uninstalled EA and the Sims 4 entirely but none of that seems to work.
I've attached the dxdiag below, hopefully you'll figure out what's been going on. I just want to play the game again.
