Bird6402 Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which shows that your computer's graphics driver is crashing repeatedly. I don't know whether it's the cause of this error, but it should be addressed regardless, which means doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:
If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error, and let me know what antivirus you used and what kind of install this is (e.g. Steam or EA App).

i tried this and it still hasn't work, i attached what the error message is and i don't know how to check antivirus, and for the install it's installed on steam but connected to the EA App.

Bird6402 Please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. (You can keep declining until you're asked some security questions instead.) You'll be able to at least try to launch the game without reinstalling anything.
If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). How to do so is covered in the accepted solution of this thread:
[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game | EA Forums - 11831673
Don't uninstall Steam with Revo unless Sims 4 is your only Steam game, as removing Steam will also remove any games installed to the default Steam library.
When reinstalling Sims 4, create a new Steam library for it, as described here:
