coraloramora I'm not sure what that means, but it's worth testing with a different EA account just to see whether the game works. Do a clean uninstall of Sims 4, then if you can, borrow the account of a friend or family member, download Sims 4 through that account, and see whether you can play. Since the base game is free, it doesn't matter, for the purposes of this test, whether the other account owns it already.
Okay so I signed in on my friends account and tried it twice, once accessing it from steam and the other straight from ea’s library and both times it would give me the same error, log me out and put me on my own account????

Okay second edit, I found out apparently originally my game somehow deleted all files?? Like even the ones that would boot the game up? But by downloading my friends version it gave me those original files, I uninstalled her version, installed mine which now has the boot up files and now my game works perfectly again!! Thank you so much for the help!!!!! I thought I was gone for good 😭🙏
