a few months ago my laptop broke and none of my documents were save. so basically my sims restarted, literally everything like houses, characters were gone. i was confused on why wasn't it saved on my gallery (ive upload it to my gallery) well i accepted it bcs it was the laptop's fault. ive been making a few characters but had a long break from sims due to school. when i tried opening it today all the new characters ive made were gone, my files were still the same but the game was completely restarted. can i fix this? if yes, how? if not, why?
