New pack and kits not working

I have them all installed, every folder shows up in the game install folder perfectly fine, i've tried removing cc and other usual troubleshoot options, I even tried removing all the other ep/sp folders except for the last ones and run the game with only those but nothing happens. I get a little red bubble on the store as if I haven't installed anything (but they're also not there either when you scroll) and when I click on the pack selection button in the menu, the Royalty and Legacy pack doesn't exist at all, the other recent kits-- Regal Treasures, etc-- do appear, but they're at the bottom of the window and say unowned. I have no idea what to do.

    laurellances​  Where did you buy the content?  If directly from EA, please check the status of your order on ea.com, under Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History.  Let me know what it says: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

    Please also list the full path to the folders for the expansion and kits, as in, the Location listed under Properties > General.  And let me know whether you've installed the game through the EA App, Steam, Epic, or some combination, whether now or in the past.
