    @shingo9873  I've merged your post with the master thread about disappearing saves.  The short answer is no, the EA App cannot delete your saves and other user content during an update.  However, the App reserves a lot of extra storage when updating a game, and depending on how much space your computer has left, that could trigger OneDrive to move files to cloud storage.  This isn't the only cause of the error, just the most common.  Please see the first post on page one for more details.
