Here is what I'm talking about this is a household I made for gameplay and then uploaded to the gallery: (Gallery screen shot provided)
If you look the add to library is blanked out because they are supposedly already there but when I go to my personal library: Library screenshot provided.
This is what I am seeing. As you can tell they are not in the library when I go to look for them nor are any other households I have attempted to save since 7/27/2024.
@alice4sims Please create something in-game and save it to your library, and let me know whether it shows up in-game after you quit and restart your computer.
Please also post a screenshot of the contents of Tray, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. I'd like to see the file names and sizes.
I figured it out. I don't know what was going on or what had happened but I went through and did a clean install and then put all of the Tray files back into the game. This brought all of my saved households up. I don't know what was happening, but whatever it was, it's gone now. I do sometimes dabble with CC but try to limit how much I use because it can cause issues. So I'm wondering if maybe one of those corrupted the game at some point and left me unable to save my sims to my library. But that is why EA does not support mods or CC. I don't know if anyone will find this helpful, but I decided to post that I resolved the issue and how in case it can help anyone.
