I'm not able to open Sims 4 anymore.  It's always pop a message saying  :

Unable to launch

The Sims™ 4 is already running

[ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]

I have already tried to uninstall the game, as well as the EA game application. But nothing helps.
