My game is not working after the last update.  It keeps saying that it is already running. I've uninstalled everything including the actual EA app and reinstalled it and still it says the game is already running. It was playing fine the night before. I have nothing from EA or the Sims remaining on my laptop so I am starting completely from scratch.
