Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Deleted EA, restarted, redownloaded, same error. Deleted the history several times; game keeps running in the background no matter how badly I try.... HELP

Receiving an error game is already running and i cant fix it. i am not tech savvy; i have deleted EA restarted redownloaded and same issue. Help me please.
Before you run the game, try opening your task manager to see if the game is listed.
I have. As soon as i open the game, EA and click play game, it runs like 7 sims 4 in the background and i can't delete them. They just pop back open.
