How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? newest update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? too many to list
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Deleted EA, restarted, redownloaded, same error. Deleted the history several times; game keeps running in the background no matter how badly I try.... HELP
What happens when the bug occurs? after the newest update.

Receiving an error game is already running and i cant fix it. i am not tech savvy; i have deleted EA restarted redownloaded and same issue. Help me please.

I tried this and it only let me one of the pathways; the other came up not found. I restarted and tried the game again with the same error.
