Hello.
I've been googling and searching the forum for at least 2 hours now, but haven't found anything that points to my problem and how to solve it.
When I start the EA app, regardless of whether I have administration rights or not, and then want to start Sims4, I get the message "Sims 4 is already running" and a small window opens with "Game is being prepared".
Nothing happens from then on.
I repaired and reinstalled the EA app.
I repaired Sims4
The anti-virus program doesn't cause any problems either.
I deleted the game folder.
I ran both the app and the game in administration mode.
I deactivated the in-game overlay in the EA app
I restarted my computer at least 5 times.
No mods or CCs.
i deletet all files with %appdata%
I'm slowly running out of ideas. I'd like to play it again, especially since you now have to play to get these new event items.
