Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's enough just to launch the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? While launching the game, either via Steam or EA, it shows bar "preparing the game", which then disappears and the launch button on Steam becomes green again. It usually worked after restarting a computer, but now it's way worse. Today, I launched a game and it started with "preparing game" , which disappeared and Steam button became green. But then, to my surprise the bar appeared again, only to disappear after a while. Eventually, the error message popped up that "the game is already launched"
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work, for god's sake. It's literally unplayable now.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
1. The bar appears for around 12 seconds or so.
2. Restarting computer doesn't work anymore.
3. Period between the "preparing game" cycle and "error occurred" message lasts about 5 mins.
